The Al-Noor Association for the Blind, headquartered in the Governorate of Muscat, was declared in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. 77/1997 on 1/10/1997. It is a charitable, voluntary, non-profit association.
What We Do
Provide support services in areas of development, social and vocational hence enabling members to live normal life in the community

latest equipment
Provides the latest equipment in the field of technology for the blind, including a Braille keyboard and printer method,
distributing educational brochures to families and friends of the blind on how to deal with them. These leaflets deal with educational issues such as safety and communication tips with the blind

crossing into the light
Making a special program for the blind, which the blind themselves present on public radio, and the public can call and inquire about anything related to the blind. This program encouraged many blind people throughout the Sultanate to participate in competitions, provided that the answers are sent in Braille. This program has won many awards and is called "Crossing into the Light".
